In order to share knowledge and experiences of eco-driving in China and other countries, especially Germany, CAI-Asia designed, coordinated and organized an “Eco-Driving Workshop” aim to share experiences on the existing eco-driving concepts in China and Germany.
The workshop Shifting Gears: Eco-Driving in China's Road Transport was held on 24 November 2011 at the Beijing International Hotel focused on 3 topics of eco-driving as follows:
- Overview on the recent Practice of Eco-driving in China
- Overview of Eco-driving Training in China and Technical Tools
- Perspectives of future Best Practices of Eco-driving in China
