Better Air Quality 2003 was a three-day conference hosted by the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia), the Air Pollution in the Megacities of Asia (APMA) Project, and the Partnership for Clean Air (PCA). Over 600 people attended BAQ 2003, representing national and local government agencies, NGOs, development agencies, and the private sector.
Discuss air quality management and control techniques in Asia and how stakeholders can benefit from worldwide experiences
Expose participants to new technological developments in air quality monitoring, and discuss recommendations on appropriate technical solutions for different countries.
