Impact of RealWorld Driving Charecteristics on Vehicular Emissions

With increase in traffic volume and change in travel related charecteristics, vehicular emissions and energy consumption have increased significantly since two decades in India. Current models are not capable of estimating vehicular emissions accurately due to inadequate representation of real-world driving.The focus of this paper is to understand the level of Indian driving Cycle in representing the real world driving and to access the impact of real world driving on vehicular emissions.
