The Clean Air Asia Center aims to remain an integrated and agile organization with a strong core team that operates with partner organizations and experts, and whereby staff can support work across the region independently of which office they are based at. The organization includes:
- A 9-member Board of Trustees has oversight over the Clean Air Asia Center and also comprises Board committees. The Board and Center Members meet annually and include voting and non-voting members.
- The Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director manage the Clean Air Asia Center and the relations with the Partnership, Country Networks, and other partners and advisors. Together with the Finance and Admin Manager, the China Director and India Director they oversee the management of the three offices and Country Networks.
- Program Managers are involved in planning and management of programs and projects, including the BAQ conference. Specialists and Researchers support the programs and related activities.
- A Communications Officer coordinates all communications, supported by a Communications Team that is headed by the Deputy Executive Director.

Glynda Bathan, Deputy Executive DirectorGlynda manages the Center's policy development activities and the eight country networks in partnership building, knowledge sharing, project development and implementation. A lawyer by profession with an environmental management degree, she was instrumental in the process of incorporating the Clean Air Asia Center as an NGO in 2007. She was a member of the team of consultants which assisted the Philippine government in drafting the implementing rules and regulations of the Philippine Clean Air Act. |

Sudhir Gota, Technical Manager (Transport)Sudhir specializes on environmental issues related to transport and has extensive experience in road design and safety aspects. He started his career as a highway design engineer in India and after five years switched to working on sustainable transport. He is the main designer of the Transport Emissions Evaluation Models for Projects (TEEMP) and has written several publications on transport and environmental issues. He holds a Masters Degree in transportation engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India. |

Alvin Mejia, Low Emissions Urban Development Program ManagerAlvin conducts research on transportation and energy, training on clean fleet management and GHG accounting, and co-designed the TEEMP models for the Clean Air Asia. Prior to joining Clean Air Asia, he was involved in Clean Development Mechanism-related projects at Carbon Finance Solutions. He also authored a book on the GHG emissions from the Philippine electricity grids which was developed under IGES and the Manila Observatory. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and is currently taking up his Masteral Degree on Environmental Management at Miriam College. |

Art Docena, Finance & Administrative Services ManagerArt leads the finance and administrative services team. He developed many of the Center's operating procedures and is in charge of monitoring the Center's financial budgets and reporting on the Center's financial overview. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive knowledge on financial management, accounting functions, financial modeling, financial forecasting and profitability / feasibility analysis. Ritchie (Chee) Anne Roño, Program OfficerChee-Anne coordinates all projects and activities under the Clean Fuels and Vehicles Program of Clean Air Asia. She also assists in the development of projects to help strengthen the eight Clean Air Asia Country Networks, focusing on the ASEAN Region, and manages capacity-building programs such as the regional exchange of young professionals. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication Research from the University of the Philippines and a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from a joint program of Ateneo de Manila University and University of San Francisco. |

Kaye Patdu, Air Quality SpecialistKaye implements several air quality-related projects of Clean Air Asia and is one of the key developers of the Clean Air Scorecard. She leads the knowledge management work under the Air Quality Program of Clean Air Asia, including the Clean Air portal and the CitiesACT database. She is one of the lead authors of the “Accessing Asia: Air Pollution and Greenhouse Emissions Indicators for Road Transport and Electricity Sectors in Asia” and the yearly “Status and Trends: Air Quality in Asia.” She is also responsible for several Clean Air Asia fact sheets and Year in Review publications since 2008. Before joining in Clean Air Asia, she worked for GHD Pty Ltd and was involved in environmental monitoring and permitting for power companies. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science from the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) and is currently taking up her Masteral Degree on Atmospheric Science at ADMU. |

Mylene Cayetano, Air Quality SpecialistMylene brings to Clean Air Asia her expertise in research and project management as well as skills in air quality monitoring of the urban and remote atmosphere. She is involved in the Breathe Easy Jakarta, Modeling PM Dispersion ion Metro Manila and GIZ projects. She plans to integrate scientific understandings into policies, and hopes to contribute towards the betterment of air quality studies in the Philippines and in Asia. She is a DOST-Balik Scientist Fellow, with PhD from the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea, and have been involved in international AQ Monitoring projects such as the GAPs study, the LTP Project, the PRD Campaign, and ABC Campaign. May Ajero, Advisor, Air Quality and Climate ChangeMay manages projects and implements knowledge management activities of CAI-Asia relating to air quality and co-benefits. She has co-written several publications on air quality management and designed the Clean Air Scorecard. She was the Energy Sector Leader of the GHG team for the Philippines 2nd National Communication to UNFCCC. In 2000, she left pharmaceutical chemist work for reseach on air quality and climate change issues, and now dreams of a Roadmap for Air Quality Standards in Asia. |

Parthaa Bosu, India RepresentativeParthaa Bosu, has more than 11 years of combined experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications. Moving from a transport company, Parthaa joined the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) in 2000 to look into In-use vehicle emissions, before moving onto special projects. Before leaving SIAM he was heading the Corporate Communications. In 2009, he had a brief stint with the Organising Committee Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010. He is heading the India office of Clean Air Asia since Dec 2010. Parthaa opened his score-book in Clean Air Asia by coming up with the first walkability survey app in the world. He is a part of the working group non-motorised transport promotion in Ministry of Urban Development in India. Under his leadership Clean Air Asia has developed a more people-participating approach to walkability. |
