Objectives:
1. ENVIS Project (MoeF): To furnish and disseminate the information on the subject area “Acid rain and Atmospheric Pollutants” and to enrich the available database for India. Development of qualitative as well as quantitative database for primary as well as secondary data sets related to all the atmospheric pollutants viz. Carbon Mono-Oxide (CO), Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX), Ozone (O3), and Suspended Particulate Matters, etc. and acid rain records in terms of acidification index.
2. DST –Project: Monitoring and modeling of Atmospheric Pollutants and Chemical Weather under Different Environments
